30 Minute Walk Workout
Warmup:      Walk Slowly for the 1st 5 Minutes
Walk:           Walk at a Moderate or Brisk Pace for 20 Minutes
Cool Down:   Walk Slowly for the Last 5 Minutes

Exercises:    After the Walk and Cool Down, there will be Some Exercises.
                   Slow Stretching, Bending.

A) Average and Advanced Level
    Average   - Walk at a Brisk Pace, also Some Stairs                      
    Advanced - Walk at a Brisk Pace, also Stairs, Uphill (Streets/Mountains)                   

B) Beginner Level
    Beginner  - Walk at a Moderate Pace on Flat Ground
