"Eddie...was diagnosed with MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS almost 20 Years ago. For the past 6 Years, he has been confined to a Wheelchair and was going downhill rapidly. His MS symptoms included: Loss of Memory, Bladder Infections, Involuntary Movements (Loss of Balance, Bladder and Bowel Control) and Exhaustion. His prognosis was grim - he knew he was headed for a nursing home, as he was Unable to sit up, use the Bathroom, or stand without assistance.
