    Your Choice of Vegetable Juice - Carrot, Tomato/Vegetables, etc.

MID MORNING SNACK
     1 Banana + Handful of Raisins and Favorite Raw Nuts - Walnuts, etc.
      This Snack is Great for a Morning Walk/Hike (Trail Mix)

LUNCH
     Green Salad with Your Favorite, Colorful Vegetables
        (Your Favorite Fat-Free, No-Oil, Salad Dressing)
     Your Favorite Vegetable Soup
     Dessert - Your Favorite Fruit

MID AFTERNOON SNACK
     1 Cup Orange Juice + Handful of Favorite Raw Nuts

BEFORE DINNER - GREEN SMOOTHIE DRINK
     Your Favorite Green Smoothie Recipe
     Basic Smoothie Recipe:
        Put in a Blender Your Favorite Greens (Kale, Chard, etc.)
        and Favorite Fruits or Vegetables - Blend until Smooth
        Add a little Water if the Smoothie Drink is too Thick

DINNER

     1 Cup Grape Juice - Put in Wine Glass

       Put in a Sauce Pan or Skillet the Vegetables. Heat on Low until Warm.

WHY NO Oils? - Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease!
   Dr. Dean Ornish, M.D., Founder of the "Preventive Medicine Research Institute" www.PMRI.org now Recommends NO Oils, not even Olive Oil.
   In his book, The New York Times Bestseller, "Dr. Dean Ornish's Program for Reversing Heart Disease without Drugs or Surgery" he wrote: 
   "ALL Oils are 100% Fat - in other words, Oils are Liquid Fat...Although many People believe that adding Olive Oil or Safflower Oil to their Food will Lower their Cholesterol Levels, this is, unfortunately, simply Not True.
   Adding ANY Oil to Your Food will Raise Your Cholesterol Level.
The Reason for this is Simple. While some Oils are Higher in Saturated Fat than others, ALL Oils contain some Saturated Fat (See the Bottle Label).
   So, the more Oil you Eat, the more Saturated Fat you consume.
Olive Oil, for example, contains 1.9 Grams of Saturated Fat per Tablespoon, about 14% Saturated Fat. So if you add Olive Oil to your Food, you are adding Saturated Fat to your Food - and the more you add, the more Your Cholesterol Level will Increase."
